REVAMP

Revamp Engineering contracted me to cover their first all-hands in the company's 10 year history.

Over five days and 12 to 13 hour shifts, I solo-captured photo and video and audio of the entire event, including eight hour-long keynotes.

To date it's the only job that has called upon every skillset I have.

I even had to use my medical experience as an EMT!

Afterwards, I created a series of content for the team and delivered it across multiple deadlines, with none missed.

I handled equipment, travel, capture, and editing.

Full coverage of a five day, company wide event

Eight additional hour-long keynotes captured

Content delivered on every deadline

Photo, video, audio and post production in one engagement

GST TECH DAY

This is GST’s annual event to show their vendor partners some love.

I was hired to capture video and audio for the event, including one hour-long keynote, and edit all the content afterwards.

During some down time at the show, we included nine multi-cam interviews that provided multiple perspectives on our story, including testimonials.

A stand-out decision on my part here was the location for each interview.

Since I know the full capabilities ofmy equipment, I selected areas for each which provided environmental context, energy, and visual variety, without compromising sound.

AVEENO

Aveeno needed a fresh injection of creativity into their next lineup, and they requeseted a video to remind their staff how much they care about their input.

Working as a two-person crew, I captured video and edited this piece with that intention in mind.

I'm especially proud of the use of lighting on this one.

It's so important to make people who aren't usually in front of the camera feel comfortable.

Showing them how good their shot looks before rolling goes a long way, and that natural window lighting here does not disappoint.

HUNTER
DOUGLAS

This dominant player in the light diffusion market has been one of my most consistent clients over the years.

When launching their new showroom prototype, they needed a video that could be used for training purposes, with the option to use for marketing.

Shooting solo once again over an entire week of 8-10 hour days, I combined timelapse footage from multiple cameras, in many positions, correctly placed so that a viewer could easily determine how to repeat the steps in order to re-create.

The coordination on this one was notably extensive.

Every shot had to be exact otherwise the instructional element was compromised.

At the end, I utilized the gimbal for a more polished and cinematic closing to the piece.
